FareStart Catering provides excellent competitively-priced service for a variety of occasions, including business luncheons, multi-course dinners, fundraisers, bar/bat mitzvahs, birthday parties, and wedding rehearsal dinners and receptions.
Catering with a Cause
As one of FareStart’s businesses, the revenue generated through FareStart Catering goes directly to support the FareStart job training and placement program, helping students transform their lives and build new futures.
In addition to providing critical funds for our program, FareStart Catering also offers students the experience of preparing elegant, gourmet, and personalized cuisine for our customers.
Catering at FareStart
The spacious FareStart Restaurant dining room is
and the banquet rooms are perfect for meetings and business functions as well as intimate dinner parties. The entire facility can
accommodate up to 250
guests for a reception, and
the private banquet room can accommodate up to 50 guests.
Our menu items are made with superior ingredients and attention to detail. Dining and beverage service is flexible--with multi-course meals, buffets, passed hors d'oeuvres receptions, and bartending services.
The costs for on-site catering include the facility charge, food and beverage items, and labor.
Off-Premise Catering
FareStart Catering offers full service catering at other wonderful venues in Seattle. Our Catering Coordinator will visit your venue and provide you with a specific estimate as well as assist you with menu recommendations and logistics. The costs for off-premise catering include food and beverage items, the off-premise service fee (10% of food and beverage), labor, and rental items. Rental items may include things such as tables, chairs, linens, china, and glassware and would depend on the facility you are using and what your event entails. Plated meals are not available for off-premise caterings.
Delivery or Pick-Up
Food from our Catering Menu is available for pick-up or
delivery. For delivery, there is a $50-$75 fee and a $300 minimum food purchase. We do not charge a fee for pick-up, but we require a $150 minimum purchase. Hot buffets and plated meals are not available for delivery or pick-up. We recommend you place your delivery or pick-up order 7 business days prior to your event.
