Bio

Inspired and on a mission to get closer to food and the agricultural community, Chef Brendan opened Hitchcock on Bainbridge Island in 2010. Both chef and restaurant earned numerous awards. He continues to grow his repertoire with Hitchcock Deli, Verjus, Bruciato and the new Cafe Hitchcock in Seattle. He raises his own pigs on Shady Acres Farms.
