Our Youth Culinary and Customer Service Training Program is designed for young people who are learning job skills while they are going to high school. To participate in this program you must be attending Seattle Public School’s Interagency Academy.

Program requirements

They are pretty simple:

  • Age 16 to 21
  • Your school schedule works with the training schedule
  • Approval from your teachers
  • Can train 18 hrs/week for 8 weeks

  • A one-on-one school counselor to help you
  • Earn high school credit for training
  • Bi-weekly stipend up to $20 a day
  • Connection to drug/alcohol counseling
  • Support with basic needs
